Fear not! It's just "vino vocabulary" that has evolved over centuries of wine making to help evaluate, describe and define a multitude of wine from around the world. Educated wine drinkers rely on sight, smell and taste to determine details such as grape, variety, and characteristics, acid and alcohol levels, origin and age of the wine.  For more information and to test a few for yourself, please attend one of our many wine tasting events around Arizona!
